Soil sampling begins on a very large scale grassland restoration project in Brazil in partnership with Alter-Agro

Ecometric are excited to be involved in a large-scale grass land restoration project Brazil. The project aims to regenerate the soils by introducing rotational grazing, bio fertilisers and agro forestry, which will increase soil organic carbon stocks. This in turn will improve pasture health and productivity while promoting bio diversity and reduced Greenhouse gas emissions. Working in partnership with Alter-Agro, Ecometric will routinely monitor this project over a target one million hectares measuring the outcome of the change.
