How we use cookies
- Essential. Always on. They keep the website and customer portal secure, remember your cookie choices and keep you signed in. The law allows these without consent.
- Analytics. Only with your consent. Google Analytics shows us how the website is used so we can improve it.
- Maps and videos. Only with your consent, or when you choose to show a map or play a video. Google Maps, YouTube and Vimeo may set their own cookies.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not let any provider use our website to build advertising profiles. Google Analytics runs with its advertising features switched off.

Cookies from services we embed
Some pages contain a service from another company. Maps and videos do not load until you choose to show or play them, so their cookies are not set until then.

Changing your choices
Use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page, or the button at the top of this one. If you withdraw consent for analytics, Google Analytics stops straight away and its cookies are removed from our website.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop the customer portal working. Help for common browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
